| The machine is specially designed for winding
operation of shaded pole motors or transformers（BOBBIN）. It completes
sequence of operating from winding, rotating and relocating, tap
drawing to unloading automatically. Operator can safely load stators
while winding. The machine can wind up to 8 stators simultaneously.
It has short downtime and optimized cycles provide the machine with
high efficiency .
Using of servo-motor and servo driver provides the machine with
adjustable speed, high efficiency and precision positioning. Wires
arraying is achieved by electronically controlled step motor combining
with ball screw. All parameters of winding operation are set by
microprocessor. No need to change gears. It is easy to adjust ,
simple to operate.
